A new category on Tao of Sophia- Travel– and I must say.. I’m pretty excited to start blogging about traveling. I’m currently more inspired by beautiful places on earth, than by interior design, so you can expect a varying ratio in categories. Fashion is the stable one obviously.

I’m booking a trip to Bali where I will stay a month from mid September. Don’t be surprised to see more colors on Tao of Sophia, I’m opening my mind to these beautiful tropical colors ;) Any Bali tips are more than welcome!

What I would like to wear in Bali

Feel it. The Sand. The sunsets. The waves. The laughter. The music. The love. The thrill. The excitement. The now.
We believe that adventure lies in the pursuit of living your life to the fullest. Discovering what truly matters.
Reaching your true passions, true talents and true loves. To never hold back.

That attitude opens up new adventure everyday. Expressing ourselves with raw energy. Filterless and fearless. Wrecking routine walls.

And there she is.. Bali. That island so perfectly places between the ocean and the sky. Home to the blessed, pure hearts, big smiles and strong believers. Representing the force of life. Inspiring us adventures everyday. Eager to live your dream and never stop exploring.

  • All of your photos are a great collection for inspiration for traveling to Bali! I haven’t been but want to so bad and can’t wait to read about your experiences. I love the quote at the end–it’s motivational and an escape into what you are passionate about.

  • I’ve always loved your travel photography so I know this new column will be amazing!! I can’t wait to see your posts from Bali:)

  • Oh, I love Bali! It’s probably my favorite place to travel. The entire island is just magical! The airport however is a nightmare, small, old fashioned and filled to the brim with people. I tell everyone to be prepared to stand in line for hours and they have no ac. Bring a small fan, water and go to the bathroom first. All of the people there are amazing, so kind! Everyone seemed to know English and most people traveling there seemed to be from Australia, surfers. You will LOVE it, but like any place just be aware of your surroundings. You have to try the famous ‘cat poop coffee’.
